The CirqueFit Aerial classes are so much fun! I’ve only just started and already love it. Sophie is a brilliant teacher and before you know it you’ll be doing things you didn’t think you could do! The class environment is super supportive and friendly, very happy to be apart of the community!

Nunca había practicado telas aéreas ni aro y, en muy poco tiempo, he descubierto un deporte que me encanta y del que no me quiero separar.

Todo ello gracias a Sophie, la instructora. A pesar de que ella habla muy poco español y yo no hablo inglés, nunca tuvimos problemas para entendernos. Entre su medio español, las señas, sus demostraciones y la ayuda de algunas compañeras cuando hacía falta traducir algo, el idioma nunca fue una barrera.

Sophie es de esas personas que dejan huella! Siempre alegre, siempre con una sonrisa y con una energía increíble. Consigue que confíes en ti misma y que cada clase sea divertida, especial y de esas que no quieres que terminen.

Descubrí este centro cuando solo me quedaban dos meses en Manilva y ahora solo puedo pensar una cosa: Ojalá la hubiera encontrado el primer día!

Me voy llevándome mucho más que un deporte; me llevo una pequeña gran familia. Gracias a todas por el cariño, las risas y todos los buenos momentos. Os voy a echar muchísimo de menos ❤️

I am coming up for my 2 year anniversary with CFD and it's like my family now. Such a fun way to keep fit and Sophie is just dreamy, supportive and the right amount of crazy.

Hey beautiful people just wanted to recommend the best training for all levels if you begginer or already done it come and join Sophie for best ever arial training from hoop to silks to strops and chains and some extra fun with fans etch it's never a dull moment ☺️I been doing it over a year and can't recommend enough the attention Sophie gives to you specifically for your ability to progress and succeed you not only will enjoy it but you will ❤️it. And in meantime whilst progressing you will make friends and loveliest community you will ever find. If you near LA Duquesa it's a must. Try it and you never look back. LIFE UPSIDE DOWN 🤸

I’ve always enjoyed exercise, but never stuck to one thing until I found Cirquefit Duquesa! Sophie is an incredible instructor who makes you feel safe and supported, and the best part is the amazing atmosphere and the good vibes you feel there. We lift each other up (literally!) and have built such a fun, friendly community. It’s truly the highlight of my week!
