About

Welcome to our aerial & circus arts studio! We offer weekly classes in hoop and silks, where you will join the most welcoming, friendly and fun group of mixed ability aerialists on a journey of building your strength, confidence and individual artistic style. Your instructor will work with you at your own pace, help you discover your motivation, capability, and encourage you to pave your own path throughout your journey. With regular workshops using apparatuses such as loops, chains, mini hoop and rope, as well as in flow arts including silk fans, spinning poi and pixel poi, we refuse to settle for a boring routine schedule, and no week resembles the last. We love music, hugs, wordplay and weird quotes, and awesome new aerial skills with video proof! We are ages 16-60, we come from all over the world, and we all joined the circus for different reasons. In common we all have a passion for aerial, a belonging to a community of unconditional care and support, and a studio to call home.

Since joining cirquefit last year, I’ve grown in strength, confidence, and courage.
What started as a new challenge has become a fun and treasured part of my life, thanks to Sophie’s amazing guidance and encouragement. Most importantly, I’ve found a group of incredible friends who laugh together and support each other. 🎪🥰❤️

Hey beautiful people just wanted to recommend the best training for all levels if you begginer or already done it come and join Sophie for best ever arial training from hoop to silks to strops and chains and some extra fun with fans etch it's never a dull moment ☺️I been doing it over a year and can't recommend enough the attention Sophie gives to you specifically for your ability to progress and succeed you not only will enjoy it but you will ❤️it. And in meantime whilst progressing you will make friends and loveliest community you will ever find. If you near LA Duquesa it's a must. Try it and you never look back. LIFE UPSIDE DOWN 🤸

I’ve always enjoyed exercise, but never stuck to one thing until I found Cirquefit Duquesa! Sophie is an incredible instructor who makes you feel safe and supported, and the best part is the amazing atmosphere and the good vibes you feel there. We lift each other up (literally!) and have built such a fun, friendly community. It’s truly the highlight of my week!

Training at CirqueFit Duquesa is honestly like training with your best friends. Whether you’re doing aerial hoop, aerial silks, or just getting stronger through aerial fitness, the environment is always super supportive and fun. Sophie has a real gift for making everyone—no matter their level—feel welcome, seen, and challenged in the best way. It doesn’t matter if you’re brand new or more advanced, she meets you where you’re at and helps you grow. I feel so lucky to have found this amazing community right here in Manilva, close to La Duquesa.

I would have never thought I would be able to do this kind of sport if it wasn't for Sophie's encouragement! She always tries to find the best way for you to learn and enjoy aerial sport, and help you find your own spark to shine ! It doesn't matter if u ve never done it before, there's a room for every level. On top of that, I have to say her classes are not average, as she always comes up with surprises, games and workshops to do special techniques and try different apparatus. Super highly recommended 100%!
